1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful and accurate.

4.2 One Account Policy

Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

4.3 Account Security

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

jk55 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (₱) at the prevailing rate where currency conversion applies. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jk55 wallet instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day. jk55 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.

5.4 Transaction Fees

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and special offers issued by jk55 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable promotion terms before claiming any bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its Bonus Credits forfeited and its account suspended or permanently closed.

6.4 jk55's Right to Modify or Withdraw Offers

jk55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a conflict between a general bonus communication and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on jk55 are subject to acceptance by jk55 at its sole discretion. jk55 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at any time without prior notice, including in circumstances where jk55 suspects irregular betting activity, system errors, or where market conditions require it.

7.2 Erroneous Odds

In the event that odds, prices, or payouts are displayed in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, jk55 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect prices. Players will be notified of any such voids, and their stakes will be returned to their account wallets.

7.3 Results and Settlements

The outcome of sports events and casino games is determined by the relevant governing body, game provider, or jk55's internal systems as applicable. jk55's determination of the result of any event or game is final and binding. Settlement will be conducted as promptly as reasonably possible following the conclusion of the relevant event.

7.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or sports event, jk55's system will attempt to record the state of play at the point of disconnection. jk55 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jk55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jk55 platform, including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, text, game assets, audio, video, user interface design, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of jk55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from jk55.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jk55 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of funds, data, opportunity, revenue, or goodwill attributable to Platform downtime, technical faults, or third-party service failures.
• Decisions made by you based on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own failure to maintain account security.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or data feed suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jk55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

jk55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognize that for a minority of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

11.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all registered jk55 players upon request through the platform or via customer support:

12 Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Player

You may request to close your jk55 account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Credits) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Credits will have those credits forfeited upon closure.

12.2 Closure or Suspension by jk55

jk55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, failure to pass identity verification, inactivity for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months, or a requirement under applicable law or regulation.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or real-money betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months. jk55 may charge a monthly inactivity fee against any remaining balance on an inactive account, as communicated in the applicable fee schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to inactivity fees being applied.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jk55 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jk55 operates in accordance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

jk55 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion.
